There is no any specific code for gap between class 11th & 12th students. If you have qualified Class 12 in the year 2018 or before and have not pursued any other course after the completion of Class 12 then you will use Code 2.

If the Candidates who will take Class 12 board exam in 2019 and the results of such candidates are awaited then you will use Code 1.
