For your general category your rank will be in range 148000-201000. Last year the cutoff percentile for general category was 89 percentile.  So, it seems you have no chamce of getting into any NITs for it. So  better is to work hard and be in 98+ percentile to get into any NIT.

You have scored 83.21 percentile in JEE main that means your rank should be around 145906. However your final rank will depend on number of student appear in April month exam. You can also calculate your rank as

Rank=(100-your percentile)×869010÷100

If you belong from general or obc category then you have negligible chance to get any NITs. You should reappear in april month exam and perform better.
