Btech in biotechnology is very much better then bsc physics.
Physics is for those who want to do research. This is a kind of research field. Or any time you  should know this bsc is bsc and btech is btech . If you want to mug up and score good then go for bsc and if you want practical knowledge the. Go for btech. Bsc can't gave you the job in technical company you can became teacher or lecturer but if you want to do job with technical company then go for btech . Ultimately Do anything with full efforts give you great response .
