If you are looking for the good college according to your marks in 12th then Thapar is the best option for you, you just need to apply the application form, enter your details, educational details, pay the application charge, then university will release  the cutoff for different courses and according to that you can get admission in that college. You also need a good percentage if you want to go in that college, something like 90+.

Some other colleges who take admission through 12th marks basis are-

• Sastra university (JEE is must)
• JIIT
• BITS
• IIIT Hyderabad
• BIT, Mesra

And if you want to take admission in non-technical courses then DU is the best option for you.
