Hello Aspirant
If you are asked to upload you EWS Certificate, then you are suppossed to upload it. If you do not upload it, then your application form will get rejected. So do the needful as soon as possible to avoid the rejection of your form. You will be asked to upload your photograph and signature. You are suppposed to upload your ceritifcate for document verification whenever asked.
