Whether 12th board exams cut offs are considered for seats in IITcollege?or only jee marks are considered?

In order to be eligible to get admission in IITs, NITs, GFTIs you should have minimum 75% in class 12th as a General category & 65% as a reserved category or you should be in top 20 percentile in class 12th from the respective board.
The admission is based on the merit list which is prepared on the basis of exam score only.

Not only jee scores but your plus two PCM marks are also considered in the jee ranking process.But more preferance is on jee score and less preferance is there with plus two.
