Whether I am eligible for CSAB counselling after I join the seat I got in Jossa counselling?

dear aspirant,

JOSAA and CSAB are two separate counselling and the special round of CSAB involves a separate registration process from first and

you can register even if you have participated in CSAB round only thing that is you have to pay your registration fee again to participate in this round.

If I get a seat in Csab and I want to join it then what is procedure of surrendering my previous seat and whether the tuition fee submitted is refunded ?
