If you have checked in your Registered Email Inbox and Mobile no# inbox and you could not fimd your KCET User Id, reaching out to the helpdesk might help. But you should mail them from your Registered Email Id. You need to mail them at: keauthority-ka@nic.in. They usually take 24-48hrs to respond. It worked for Candidates who lost their User Id and reached out to the helpdesk.
