You have to either get 75% in your cbse 12th exam or you have to get category wise top 20 percentile which is equal to 431/500 which is 86%.

minimum of the two is considered while checking the eligibility since most of the time 75% is lower it is considered as the soul eligibility criteria for NITs,IITs, and CFTs.
