If at all the government proceeds with idea of NTA and conduct NEET twice a year, then you can attempt both of the exams the February one as well as the May one if you're a repeater.

Hey Logan.

If you are a repeater and if you qualify all the eligibility criteria laid down for NEET 2019 then you are eligible to write the NEET exam in May as well as February.
