YES you can definitely write CAT exam after completing BCA for taking admission into MBA, PGDM and other post graduate courses in india.for writting CAT 2019 you must have have the eligibility critera of minimum 50% in your graduation.The application form for CAT 2019 will be available from second week of august.It is online based exam.

Yes,you can definitely write the CAT exam after doing BCA and there is absolutely no problem in giving it.One advise i would like to give you is that go for MBA in IT because that will benefit because you have done BCA.
