Hi Gautam,

With your rank and category, you do stand a chance to get a medical.seat in state quota counselling.

State quota counselling includes 85% seats of government medical colleges of state quota and also the reverted seats from MCC. The seats are only for the domicile students because of which the cut off decreases and getting a seat becomes easy.
