Which all forms should I fill for psychology ?

Admission to Psychology courses (Undergraduate/Postgraduate) is either done on the basis of merit or through the university/college's own entrance exam (or both). You might want to first identify the universities that you would like to apply to, check the eligibility criteria and availability of the forms on their website . Typically Delhi University, IILM University Gurugram, Banasthali University, IGNOU are popular for their courses in psychology.

The application forms for some of the universities are already available on their websites, you can check for the same.

Delhi NCR has several universities that provide undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Psychology (typically BA (Hons) and MA courses in Psychology). Delhi University, IP University, IILM University Gurugram are some universities which offer both UG and PG courses.

You haven't mention if it's undergradute or postgraduate psychology admission that you're seeking, anyways for BSc Psychology you can go for University of Pune, University of Mumbai,Amity University and for BA Psychology you can consider Sharda University, DAV College(Chandigarh), Gargi College etc.
