Follow only ncert text books for biology. Give special attention towards the examples , figures, scientists names, numeric values.. these are oftenly asked in aiims..

For physics and chemistry first follow Ncert books. As in aiims majority questions comes from ncert books. And try solving its excercise, and do solve the solved examples of each chapter.. and practise previous years papers. Revise on regular basis. Its sufficient to crack aiims.
