Undoubtedly IIT and NIT s are best in studying BTech. So if u have chance admit in those. Otherwise u have to search for Best Instrument college in India. Becz the actual information can only be known about the college from the ex seniors of that college. As I am a Jadavpur university student I can tell you Instrument depertment is good as well as placement point and research point.
