Dear Sir / Ma'm, with a score of 410, you must focus on the 85% state quota counselling alone as it is next to impossible for you to get a seat through the  15% All India quota counselling.  With this score, you can get into Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences,  Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences to name a few among the government colleges considered you are a general candidate. However, the cut-offs are much lower for the reserved category students. As you have not mentioned your category, we assumed you to be general vouching for the fact that colleges have a lower cutoff for reserved category students than the general ones.
