JEE Mains and Advance exams are conducted every year for admission to engineering courses in NITs, IITs, IIITs and other top engineering colleges throughout India.
The papers are of MCQ type based on 11th and 12th class syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
The boos to be referred for each subject are:
- Physics: NCERTs of class 11 and 12th, HC Verma, Resinick Halliday Physics Volume 1 and 2, Irodov for advance problems
- Chemistry : NCERTs of class 11 th and 12 are main books, Numerical Chemistry by P Bahadur, Arihant Organic Chemistry Objective, Checmical Chemistry RC Mukherjee, NCERT Exemplar problems
- Mathematics: NCERT class 11 and 12th, Das Gupta Objective, S L Loney for Trigonometry and Coordinate Geometry, RD SHarma.
