Hi,
Before going for any guide book first complete your ncert as it is the base book and many questions are asked directly from it .
For physics you can go for s.l. Arora the book comes in two parts and it is best for boards preparation.
For chemistry either go for pradeep publications books or modern abc , both are good so select any one from it.
For maths go for r.s. aggarwal and then one month before board try to solve Arihant previous year board question papers.
For biology ncert is more than enough .
