Dear aspirant,
You have only little chance to get engineering seat in NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. But yeah, you have to participate in the CSAB special round 2019 to get the best seat with your crl rank. But no one can pridict the closing ranks. So, once you can check the previous year closing ranks for all NITs and IIITs and fill your choices in the special round counciling of CSAB 2019 then you can get the seat definitely. Hello Rudra

I don't think you can get NIT's with this rank, if you consider last year cutoffs. But there may be some seats left in NITs of states like Mizoram, Jammu etc…also you can wait for spot round. You can get PEC, LPU or Thapar but wait for spot round.
