which branch in b.tech in iter 2022 i will get with 72.9 percentile

Sorry to say that you won't be able to get any good branches in any colleges, NIT/GFTI's/IIIT's in India, Through JEE mains with 72.9 percentile score. In order to get some good colleges or some good branch, you have to score at least 97-99 percentile in JEE mains or, to be precise, you have to get a rank within 30k in order to get some good colleges in India through JEE mains.
