Both branches are excellent at all NITs.
It now depends on your interest and aptitude to perform.
However, CSE is widely recommended and holds an edge over ECE as opportunities ar ebooming for CSE with advent kf new technologies like Blockchain, Artificial intelligence and machines learning.
