Which branch is better for gulf as well as in india..civil or petroleum?

If i would talk about petroleum engineering then
Graduates in this branch may easily land a good paying job in places like Dubai and other Gulf countries.
Also if i talk about civil its an evergrenn branch all over that may land you in top companies both in india and gulf
