See, dear every branch is good in their own fields . Every branch have some merits and demerits. It is all upto your interest that if you have interest in technical fields then you can go for it sector like yoh can choose computer engineering(CE) , information technology engineering(IT) , computer science engineering (CSE).

If you have interest in core then you can choose mechnical engineering , electrical engineering , electronics and communication engineering.

If you have interest in making buildings and their infrastructure then you can opt civil as well.
