Hello dear,
There are a lot of career option after and before completing your 12th examination, but the career option that you choose should completely depend on your field of interest.
If you choose a career which everyone suggested you but you don't feel like pursuing it then it's of no use, you will get irritated and frustrated.
Therefore choose your career wisely keeping an open mind.

Medical - MBBS, BDS, Pharmacy etc.
Management - BBA, MBA, Event Management, Retail management.

Hi Ankan
You have a lot of career options after class 12. However, one should be prepared till class 10th about their career choice and choose their stream carefully.
I think first you should decide your stream according to your interest and if you have already done that then please tell me about it, so that I can give you a clear list of the career options available.
