which category need central caste certificate seperately for aiims exam

You need Central certificate only if you apply under PwD. The disability certificate shall be issued only after examination at a particular medical centre and the percentage of disability issued. For other reservation like OBC,SC,ST , certificates issued by local authorities like Office of Block Development Officer is enough but they must be genuine and original.
