The following chapters of 12th are important for mains :-
Physics - electricity , magnetism, optics ( ray specially) , modern physics
Chemistry - solution, electrochemistry , p block elements, organic chemistry ( ketones and aldehydes specially)
Maths - integration is really important , determinants , differential
Do these chapters and u will be able to score decent enough .

For physics - electricity , magnetism, ray optics and modern physics are very important .
Chemistry - organic chemistry ( specially oxygen containing compounds ) , p block elements and solid state and solutions

In maths integrations, complex numbers, probability, determinants, 3D geometry, vector algebra are so.... important.
In physics - kinematics, current electricity, optics, electrostatics, rotational motion, oscillations and waves are so important.
In chemistry - organic chemistry ( in this chapter organic chemistry containing oxygen is very important), p block elements, coordination compounds, qualitative analysis, mole concept, amino acids are very very important.
By preparing these chapters you can score minimum of 160 marks in jee mains.
ALL THE BEST
