Hello Narinder,
Both class 11th & 12th syllabus are considered in medical entrance examination.
The NEET Syllabus 2018 will be based on topics taught in the PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) Science Stream in Classes 11 and 12.
AIIMS also includes GK along with PCB.

Dear Narinder,
There are three entrance exams for medical- NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER.
Syllabus is based on 11th and 12th class both to appear for the entrance exam.
It is recommended that you should refer NCERT books for your preparation.
