Hi,
Based in your percentile, your CRL rank would be around 1,45000+. Assuming you are a general category student, it is very Difficult to get CSE in too NITs and IIITs. However you could CSE in some government colleges like MSU Baroda, LDCE Ahemdabad,etc which give Admission in state level counseling.
