With a obc category rank of 37K it is quite difficult to get any seat in any nit but according to last year's opening and closing rank of nit allahabad(in UP) you may get a seat in nit allahabad in special rounds through home state quota. Last year closing rank for home state quota in special rounds was 40K but this is not often a reliable option as sometimes all seats get filled before the special rounds.
