Hello,
With this rank in JEE mains you cannot get a seat in any government colleges for engineering like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. You rank is quite high.
But still you should apply for the JOSAA counseling so that you might get a seat in some GFTIs or NITs for some lower branches.
Or else you can think of going for some good private engineering colleges in jharkhand
