I am sorry to say, but you cannot get any college through JoSAA councilling with this rank.

Better luck next time. Take a drop and prepare well for next year's JEE.

Being a female student of gen category, you should get atleast a 45k rank to get a college of other state through JoSAA. However, the rank differs for your home state.
