Which college I can get at 62.65 percentile in JEE and 14.65 percentile in MHT CET and 55 percent in CBSE board..??

With these set of marks ,you have a much below rank,
For admission in engineering colleges you need to score 75% or above in boards.
Which, I am afraid you have not accomplished.
There are a few colleges that accept the admissions for below 75%.
but I would suggest you should give the exam again.
