With your 2346 obc rank for sce engineering you can get into top colleges like nit Warangal ,nit surathkal and nit Calicut but if you need get top nit like nit tricky it's hardly impossible to get there you can try for above mentioned colleges and grab your seat there

With an OBC rank of 2346, you have good chances of getting CSE at NIT Calicut and NIT Rourkela, as their OBC closing ranks fall in your range. NIT Surathkal is borderline, but possible depending on the round and category cutoffs. Getting CSE at top IITs like Bombay, Delhi, or Madras is not possible with this rank, as their cutoffs are much lower. You can also consider other NITs like MNNIT Allahabad or IIITs, where CSE closing ranks go higher. Keeping options open in later rounds and state quota will increase your chances.

With OBC 2346 rank in JEE advanced you won't get any IIT but you may have chances to get in top NITs or any top private colleges. You can also use JoSAA counseling + home state quota for better chances.

Since you did not specify an exam,i am providing possibilities based on the WBJEE your state exam and JEE Main exams.first through wbjee you have good chances for CSE at private colleges in West Bengal like Techno India, Salt Lake,Heritage Institute of Technology etc.

You might get Some newer NITs and Some IIITs possibly in later rounds if this is your jee mains rank with category reservation.
