which college i will get through 102 marks ?

I'm guessing that this is in regarding with Neet exam.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but with 102 marks you cannot get a seat in any medical or Dental College, not even in private ones under management quota

This is because,

You have failed to qualify Neet examination as Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is

Category    cutoff percentile       cut off marks

General/ews       50                     720  -  147

UR-PWD            45                       146  -  129

Obc/Sc/st         40                      146  -  113

So , irrespective of the category you belong to with 102 marks you have failed in neet and so cannot get admission

If this is your neet score then sor ry to say but you can not get admission even  in any private college with this score . As to get admission in private college at least you must have qualified the cut off of NEET and here you are even not qualifying the cut off of the category you belong from , so you can not get admission . That's why i will suggest you to work hard for the next year for scoring good marks .
