Pooja there is a small difference between the mug up and learning new things is that if you goes to the private colleges then they will definitely do all such type of stuff like mug up etc. But if you go with the good Govt. Institution like IIT / NIT / IIIT / BITS / CFTI then they will definitely provide you the more practical knowledge rather than the subject knowledge. So that is the scenario of Indian education in our country and finally it depends upon you in which college you can be able to make yourself to join in private / government institutions.
