Which college is best amongs NIT and IIT for automobile engneering

Hi Aspirant,

There are only 2 NIT's which offer M.Tech in Automobile Engineering-

1)NIT,Warangal
2)NIT,Agartala

Some other good colleges are-
1)DTU,Delhi
2)Anna University
3)Manipal Institute of Technology

No doubt IIT is better than NITs, they are completely different in Terms of Infrastructure, their funding, their faculty and students. I don't think that You will be able to find explicitly automobile Engineering at Undergraduate level in any IITs, But it is a sub-branch of Mechanical Engineering and I am not sure about NITs bu at IIT if You are a Mechanical guy and have interest in Automobile then there is a lot of opportunity for You because there are automobiles clubs, Officially you can work together with Professor on Automobile Projects and even get a chance to work with world's best Professors on Automobile be it in Japan or In Germany IITs will definitely Provide You opportunity.
