Hey Fadhel! No doubt Techno International New Town - [TINT], Kolkata is better college as compared to Ch. B.P. Government Engineering College, New Delhi but opting mechanical engineering for just the name of college is not good. Since IT sector is in boom you must go for Ch. B.P. Government Engineering College, New Delhi. If you have interest in mechanical then go for the Techno college. Hope this may help you.
