Dear Chetan, when selecting a College, you should certainly first check their cut offs if they fall within your score. You havent mentiomed your Category. Neverthless, the cut offs for each college under each Category in 2018 have been as follows:
GRMC MGM
General Category: 528 561
OBC: 523 556
SC: 421 445
ST: 317 382
Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
Next comes infrastructure and associated teaching hospita. Giri Raja Medical College is the first Medical College in MP amd has been updating itself with modern technology and infrastructure. Even MGM has good Infrastructure. So you need to select a college which falls within your cut offs.
