Whether it is Ramjas , Stephen , IIT Bombay or Arsd . At the end all depend on the individual caliber.
But in general if you consider then i will suggest you Ramjas instead of ARSD.
ARSD is known for their Chemistry academics. It's located near the South Campus. Ramjas is located in the North Campus. It has got a better brand name. Cutoffs for B.Sc(H) Physics or any Science Stream are generally high for Ramjas only.
