The participanting institutes in JEE Mains other than the NITs and IITs are all the CFTIs and here is a list of rest of the few states and institutions which may use the JEE Mains rank for admission.

There might be more than 100 colleges apart from NITs and IITs that accept admission without 75% in boards.Those colleges are generally the private ones which you can opt to.
