You can secure call from almost all the top institutes if you have a high CAT percentile that is around 99.5 based on your tenth and twelfth scores.
However there are some top institutes likes FMS Delhi, XLRI Jamshedpur etc who give very very less weightage to your academic scores and hence you can definitely get through them.
