Which colleges have b category seats

B category seats are the seats which are filled using the JEE Mains rank in that year.These seats are filled by the college management after releasing a notification. Most of the colleges other than the government universities or colleges have B category seats.

The candidates who get a seat in the B category have a tution fees similar to those of the Convener quota but no candidate who get a seat in B category can avail fee reimbursement.

The top colleges which release notification for B category seat allotment are Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology , VNR Vignana Jyoti Institute of Engineering and Technology etc.

So watch out for the notifications for B category seats released by the college management most likely during or after TS Eamcet counseling.
