Hi Raisha,

Please kindly elaborate on what you mean by a bond agreement.

Some medical colleges in West Bengal ask their candidates to sign a bond during their admission which states that they have to do paid house staff work in the same medical institute for some stipulated time period after their medical degree course is completed and they have received their medical doctorate degree.
