    Hi ! There is no such college which will provide dual degree of bs ms in the basis of JEE main marks. Well, only IISER provide such thing but that's on the basis of advance rank and marks. IISC provide actually but you need to acquire a rank within 250. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
