Which colleges should i prefer if I got 71.29% in 12th boards

To be very frank ,theres no college as per your marks.Else try giving entrance test for good college which take there own test for admission
If you are a science students, focus on your entrances and if commerce, entrances can only help you out.
But,
Dont think too much of the boards score they dont matter that much nowadays.
Today competitive exams are everything. If you manage to secure decent rank in a popular competitive exam then no one would care about your board marks.
But if you want to improve your board marks and planning to go for NITs, IIITs or IITs next year by dropping and preparing for JEE then you must take CBSE improvement exams.
