Which colleges take the oci holders under general fee structure?

Generally the admission procedure would be the same for all students. While there is no requirement to volunteer nationality unless the college form specifically asks in their admission forms, the nationality of the student. Not every college will ask for citizenship information. Even though, as you state in your email, OCI are teated as Indians, they are still
foreign citizens and where ever a question of citizenship comes up, they must specify the citizenship they hold and not consider themselves to be Indian citizens on the basis of having OCI and living in India. In case a college asks for additional fee from a OCI holder, they can then point out that they are indeed at par with other Indian citizens due to their OCI status and request they be treated equally when it comes to fee structure

I am an indian citizen living in india. My son is oci card holder, who have completed the entire education in India. Please suggest if he is eligible for state qouta seats for mbbs.
