Since you have not cleared you 10th, there can be many areas but two of them which might suit you would be

1. Work on yourself and find out your field of interest, there are many different areas about which you can take an idea and then decide, you can take some certification course in it and start working as a freelancer. Your age will never become your hinderance.

2. You can keep patience, work hard and gice your 10th examination again.
