To be Very honest both the field are pretty good to pursue. You can go for M PHARMA if you want to secure you career in the field of pharmacy and medicine.
MBA is more corporate related space. If you have the qualities of good presentation you can easily thrive in the corporate world. If you are confident with your personality you can go for MBA in Hospital Administration.
Both the jobs will give your stability in your life. You should see your interest and quality and choose accordingly.
