Which course is taken fo mobile designing? In engineering.!

Go for technical courses like CSE and it for which it will be helpful for you to understand the concepts.
Irrespective of any branch you can learn mobile design.
Still to make yourself expert in the skills it will be easier to you implement your idea in the field and you can do something creative and showcase it in your job time.

Firstly, I congratulate your interest to work in mobile manufacturing.

Normally, there is no college offering Mobile engineering in India. Also, in mobile manufacture, both Software and Electrical engineers are involved. Electrical engineers are involved in making chips, batteries and other Electrical related stuff whereas computer science engineers (i.e.., software engineers) work on the design of the software that runs inside the device.

So, inorder to work in mobile manufacturing industry, you will have to get either a Computer science degree or a Electrical degree

I personally recommend you to become a Electrical engineering graduate. Then after graduation you can go for a training on some programming language. So, it would be easier to learn programming languages and you cannot learn the whole Electrical course after becoming a computer science graduate.

So, firstly complete formal education towards Electrical/ computer science engineering. Later, do an internship and pursue a specialization. So, you can then have Career opportunities and get certified. Now, after these formalities you can attend conferences anf interviews, so that you can find employment in a mobile manufacturing industry.
