Which courses are a compulsion? Is it okay if we have not opted for biology from std.XI?

Biotechnology engineering is undergraduate course and basic eligibility for this course is to pass in 10+2 with subjects mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology etc.Like all engineering courses, the duration for this course is 4 years.
